I’m a gold member who travels 1-2 weeks every month. I stay mostly at Hilton branded hotels. A diamond co-worker picked this hotel out for a work trip. Service here is top notch. Check-in was easy. I typically don’t check in through the app because I like to meet and talk with folks. Person who checked me in was a little indifferent, but that was fine. Housecleaning was great - never saw them, but they did a great job cleaning up while I was there. The shining star here may be Fernando. We had a brief conversation with him and he splits hours between morning and evening. So the same guy who met us at Breakfast is the same guy who poured our drinks in the evening! He was kind and attentive and really made our experience here pretty great. Also, don’t sleep on the Dallas Blonde beer - it’s on draft at the bar and it’s really fantastic. Breakfast is moderately priced. I mostly stuck to the continental because I was happy with oatmeal and fruit - and the fruit on the bar was always fresh! I’m haven’t seen so many blackberries and blueberries as large as they are here. I didn’t try to omelet bar - we’ve been eating heavy meeting with folks and I just tried to limit what I was taking in. So, why lower stars than a five? The parking lot is a bit of a mess. It looks like they’re doing some work to a garage, but the spaces are all quite small. The location is great if you have a car - I like to explore (if I was on my own, I probably would have stayed down town). Texas streets just aren’t super walkable, but there are a lot of places nearby to eat and drink. There’s also a river trail a few blocks from the hotel - the only downer is that it ends in the literal river/creek - like, it’s just paved down into the water. But with a car, everything is easy to get to in terms of highway access. Pillows were a little softer than I used, but they were fluffy. The views are really decent when the sun rises over the city, and thankfully I have a city-view room on the 9th floor. Overall, 4/5 is a very-good rating for me. Everything is clean, staff is mostly great (Fernando is a gem), and the hotel has easy access.

Stayed while on a work trip, this was some of the options for their breakfast. Highly recommended you try the omelette and French toast. I commend Fernando for his excellent and punctual service. I had a wonderful stay and hope my company will bring us back for our next workplace seminar

Fernando truly made my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, always with a positive attitude and a genuine smile. His customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. Fernando is a huge asset to the hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again because of the level of care he provided.

The rooms are nice the beds are cheep moved rooms 3 times over a 5 night stay every bed was awful. Sagging in the middle. I am sure they are new but they spent as little as they could on the beds , the rest is wonderful thick towels. Wonderful staff good food in the restaurant love the cookies the rooms are nice comfortable to be in. I will be going back but God hope they replace the beds with something better

I stayed for one night and was very satisfied with the experience. Check-in and service staff are excellent. Rooms are clean. The gym has dumb bells and cardio machines that look new. The continental breakfast was good and Fernando kept me well supplied with good coffee. The hotel is in a convenient location and I will stay here in future Dallas visits.

The staff was pretty good. Rooms are standard a Double tree. Plenty of parking. I wasnt charged for parking even though it ays $20 per day. It's also very close to downtown and the arena. Food is decent, not high level but adequate if you just want a hot meal without going in and out.
